How Dev Environment Digital came to specialise in offline custody report reconciliation in Hong Kong.
Why the desk exists
Offline wallets create a paper-and-ceremony problem that month-end ledgers alone cannot solve. Custody reports mix device labels, signer names, and balance extracts. When those lines disagree, treasury teams need someone who will sit with the documents — not sell another monitoring feed.
Dev Environment Digital formed around that narrow need: a reconciliation desk for offline custody reports, based in Lai Chi Kok, serving Hong Kong clients who already run their own vaults.
How we work
We treat each close as a file. Evidence is listed, cut-offs are written down, and variances are classified before anyone drafts conclusions. Calls are short; the memorandum carries the weight.
Our people come from fund operations and treasury control backgrounds. Credentials are engagement-specific and shared when a client asks for them under NDA — we do not publish a generic badge wall.

Hong Kong context
The office at Laws Commercial Plaza keeps us near Kowloon’s commercial corridor. Clients often combine desk review with a single vault visit in the same week. We work in English by default and coordinate with Cantonese-speaking operations contacts when you name them on the briefing form.
