The desk is a working method, not a product screen. Offline custody reports arrive as documents; wallets are verified against those documents; the output is a pack your controller can file.

01

Briefing

We confirm wallet count, report format, cut-off date, and whether a vault visit is required. You name a single contact for variance queries.

02

Evidence intake

Custody report, wallet register, attestation or sealing logs, and the prior pack if one exists. Incomplete evidence is listed before work starts, not after.

03

Matching pass

Each reported line is matched to a wallet identifier. Timing differences and dual listings are tagged. Unexplained gaps become variance tickets.

04

Query window

Short written questions go to your named contact. We hold the pack open until answers arrive or the agreed query deadline passes.

05

Signed pack

Memorandum, variance schedule, open-item list, and cover note. Optional observation notes attach if a vault visit occurred.
