By using https://dev-environment.digital or commissioning a reconciliation engagement with Dev Environment Digital, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book work.
Services described
Pages on this site describe professional reconciliation and related desk services for offline custody reports. Descriptions are informational. A separate engagement letter or statement of work governs each paid assignment.
Intellectual property
Site copy, layout, and original materials belong to Dev Environment Digital unless otherwise noted. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without written permission. Working papers produced under an engagement are licensed to the client as stated in that engagement letter.
Client responsibilities
You must supply accurate custody materials, authorise only appropriate contacts, and not ask the desk to handle private keys, seed material, or asset movement. Misstated inventories or withheld evidence may void reliance on our pack.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Dev Environment Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. For paid engagements, liability caps and exclusions are set in the engagement letter. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, subject to any different forum agreed in an engagement letter.
